Chris is the Director of Blackoak Property Group, with over 17 years of experience in property development, development management, site acquisition, and town planning. He has worked with some of Queensland and Victoria’s leading private and ASX-listed developers, overseeing the successful delivery of more than $200 million in residential and industrial projects across both states.
Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in Real Estate and Development), all from the University of Queensland.
Chris is the Director of Blackoak Property Group, with over 17 years of experience in property development, development management, site acquisition, and town planning. He has worked with some of Queensland and Victoria’s leading private and ASX-listed developers, overseeing the successful delivery of more than $200 million in residential and industrial projects across both states.

Stephen is a property professional with over eight years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, along with the broader property development sector. At Blackoak Property Group, he heads up project delivery and is responsible for managing acquisition due diligence and overseeing the delivery of projects across a range of asset classes in both Queensland and Victoria.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Real Estate and Development, from the University of Queensland. With a strong understanding of project fundamentals and a hands-on approach to delivery, Stephen helps drive the successful delivery of Blackoak’s projects, ensuring they meet both quality expectations and financial targets.

He’s known for his calm, focused approach and his ability to manage risk and guide projects through complex challenges. Clive is instrumental in identifying and securing the development opportunities that shape Blackoak’s growing pipeline.
